For breakfast in my family, we usually have a bowl of oatmeal with fruit and nuts, followed by a glass of orange juice and a cup of coffee. Sometimes we also enjoy scrambled eggs and toast with jam. We always make sure to have a balanced meal to start the day off right.

What is not typically eaten for breakfast in my family is sugary cereals or pastries, as we prefer to have a healthier start to our day. We also do not usually have bacon or sausage, as we try to limit our intake of processed meats. Lastly, we do not have a lot of dairy products for breakfast, as some members of our family are lactose intolerant.
