My last report was overall positive, but there were a few areas that I could improve upon. Specifically, I need to work on improving my time management skills to ensure that I meet deadlines consistently. Additionally, I should focus on enhancing my communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey important information to colleagues and clients. Lastly, I could benefit from increasing my attention to detail to minimize errors in my work. I am eager to make these improvements and continue growing in my role.
