Teenagers should not litter or dump garbage in their hometown. They should not graffiti public property or engage in activities that harm the environment, such as illegal dumping or damaging natural habitats.

This is a personal preference, but I would prefer to live in a big city because of the diverse opportunities for work, entertainment, and cultural experiences. I enjoy the hustle and bustle of city life and the convenience of having everything I need within close proximity. However, living in the country can offer a peaceful and quiet lifestyle with closer connections to nature. It ultimately depends on individual preferences and priorities.
