I usually get up at 7 a.m. and switch on the radio to listen to the morning news.After listening to the radio, I do my morning exercises to the music playing.Once I'm done, I clean my teeth and then sit down to have breakfast.Since my workplace is far away, I usually take the metro to get there. It takes me about 40 minutes.During my lunch hour, I have dinner and sometimes listen to the radio or watch TV.After work, I get home and spend some time with my family before going for a walk in the evening.
