Illness: Flu

1) What illness: I had a bad case of the flu with symptoms such as high fever, body aches, sore throat, and congestion.

2) What I did to get better: I stayed home from work/school, rested in bed, drank plenty of fluids, and took over-the-counter medications to help with the symptoms. I also made sure to eat nutritious food to strengthen my immune system.

3) Result: After a few days of rest and taking care of myself, my symptoms gradually improved and I was able to recover fully from the flu.
