As I was looking out the window, I saw a dark shadow that made me feel scared. I could see a strange face close to the curtains and quickly knocked on the window. I screamed loudly and called the police. I hid under the bed and still heard scary noises until the police arrived. When they opened the door, I saw my mother in the garden and felt silly.
